Official Mandates to 3 diamond buyers.   ??? Direct to the supplier of Copper Powder. We provide UP FRONT POP AND PAST PERFORMANCE after LOI ??? Direct to the seller???s mandate for Copper Cathode. Seller is a government.   This seller offers trial shipment AFTER a monthly contract has been signed. Seller will ship up to 500MT for trial. The buyer can test and verify, then authorise payment. Minimum order 1000MT per month. ??? Direct access to Coal from Colombia, Egypt and South Africa ??? Direct to the Sugar seller. POP directly from refinery. Simple and buyer friendly procedures. ???
