A few typical process applications include: PILOT PLANTS and SPECIALTY CHEMICALS REACTOR and VESSEL COOLING DIRECT REFRIGERANT SYSTEMS AIR-COOLED PROCESS CHILLERS To meet the stringent requirements of industrial plant service, CRR Industrial packages include many of the following special features: Special heat exchanger materials and protective coatings; Optional OVERSIZED cooler and condenser selections, pressure ratings and materials. Special welding and piping requirements. NEMA 4X, or NEMA 7 control panels along with NEC wiring to meet classified area requirements; Explosion-proof wiring & components as needed; Microcomputer control systems with process interfacing; Industrial grade fabrication, painting and documentation; All process requirements are confirmed on the test stand before delivery. Complete Industrial refrigeration systems are available from 2 to 600-hp in air cooled, 2 to 2000-hp water cooled, and evaporative cooled 40-400-hp configurations
