Cross Planet L.L.C. is a Minority and Veteran-owned Limited Liability Company that was registered with the State of Florida on January 27, 2010. We are essentially an import/export and wholesale distribution company, specializing in helping and assisting small & medium size enterprises (SMEs), manufacturers, and farmers:

• Expand into new markets
• Create new distribution channels
• Introduce products/services to new customer markets
• Adhere to local markets needs and demands

Our services include acting as an Export Management Company, an Authorized Distributor, a Manufacturers Representative, or an International Trade Intermediary for our clients, pursuant to our long term goal to become a full service International Trade Company. Cross Planet L.L.C. is committed to professional, prompt, reliable and honest service in the supply of commodities to the global marketplace. Cross Planet L.L.C. long-term mission is to have a footprint in every country allowable under U.S. and International Law by establishing representative offices and strategic partnerships with manufacturers, farms, refineries, scrap yards and mines around the world, Cross Planet L.L.C. plans to be a One Stop Shop for commodities in the in medical equipment, cement & construction materials, agricultural commodities, consumer retail products, and food & beverages industries. We act as principals in all transactions, except in transactions where we act as a Manufacturers Representative. Cross Planet L.L.C. only applies strict UCP600 banking rules and applies Incoterms 2010 rules of delivery as a minimum standard.

We have been APPROVED and GRANTED our U.S. Federal Wholesalers Permit and the U.S. Federal Import Permit that allows us to import & export, and the wholesale distributtion of alcoholic beverages (distilled spirits, wine and malt beverages) in the US market. Cross Planets strategy is to focus on new premium brands to grow its business through organic sales, operating profit growth and acquiring the distribution rights of premium brands that add value to the companys portfolio.
