DAT THAO COMPANY

Most suppliers in the dried mushroom space are producers or processors, but this one acts as a distributor/wholesaler, which means it likely sources from multiple farms and resells in bulk — a model that builds strong relationships with buyers who need consistent supply. Being based in Vietnam gives access to a growing supply chain for Asian dried mushrooms, especially near Cat Lai Port, a key hub for agricultural exports. The FOB term means buyers are responsible for shipping costs after the goods leave the port, which can reduce supplier risk and lower upfront costs. T/T payment is common and fast, but it requires trust — especially since the work email isn't verified, which could raise concerns about communication or legitimacy. Having a verified account email adds some credibility, but without work email verification, buyers may hesitate to share sensitive order details. The key products — dried shiitake mushroom and shiitake mushroom — are in high demand in Asia, especially in health food and restaurant supply chains, so this supplier is well-positioned to serve those markets.
