Business Description
My company is a new innovative idea I came up with. I run a home based business. My employees also work from home. They are given a specific amount of material each week to complete. They turn in their work on Fridays and their kits. So they can be paid. If they get their kits done before Friday they can pick up another. The kits whether they are done or not are all turned in on Fridays, to be checked. All the earrings are qc at this time and counted. Any of the earrings that are not up to standard are fixed by the employee who messed them up. My employees are paid by piece work.We offer design and have a couple of very creative designers. Having this type of business. I don't have a lot of overhead.
