Dalian Sunrise Brake Drum Co., Ltd. is one of the largest enterprises in China specialized in manufacturing and exporting braking parts for heavy duty commercial vehicle chassis, the company starts to be involved in heavy duty commercial vehicle parts manufacturing since 1996, and the company manufactures and exports totally 12000 pieces of drum brakes and hubs. After many years of innovation and development, now the company has developed into the largest manufacturer and exporter in China for drum brakes, hubs, and brake disks of heavy commercial vehicle. Currently, 3 product series have been developed, including more than 1800 product models, which could cover above 80% popular models on market.     The company is equipped with a professional manufacturing plant. The plant is first built in 1972, and it?s the earliest specialized enterprise in China manufacturing automotive braking parts assembly. The factory is located in Kazuo County of Liaoning Province, where is 550 km from Tianjin Xingang Port, and 180 km from Jinzhou Port of Liaoning, the express way is completely linking the factory with the aforementioned ports, there is an exclusive container freight railway station in the factory, so that it?s endowed with a superior geographical location and it?s equipped with convenient traffic and transportation facilities. The total area covered is 630000 m2, now there are more than 5000 employees at the company, including nearly 400 engineering technicians. Currently, the company is equipped with five advanced foundry production lines, 1158 sets of various processing equipment, and the company is equipped with manufacturing capacities including mould development, smelting and casting, mechanical processing, and physicochemical testing, etc.
