Our company, Delier Int&＃039;l (H.K.) Company Limited, is a professional company, active in manufacturing cold chain products and accessories, especially in designing, producing and supplying Refrigerated Truck Body according to customers` special requirements. We produce "sandwich panels" of refrigerated & insulated truck in"Wet-in-Wet" method, which was introduced from Germany. In this method we manufacture truck bodies under high pressure and vacuum workmanship. The special press machine can meet various requirements of refrigerated & insulated bodies. Dimensions of panels can be chosen at the following ranges: length/0-14,750mm; width/0-3,200mm; thickness/27-135mm. The insulated body is formed by applying polyurethane to adhere the joint areas of the airtight sandwich panels, that ensures optimum reliability and insulation of the joint areas. All closed panels with Freon-free polyurethane foam jointed by adhesive is much different from traditional sandwich panels with connect by metals. The main character as follows: 1. Light in weight: 40% lighter than metal body. 2. Better insulation: K value less than 0.3w/m2k. 3. High in strength and long life: 5 times longer than metal body. 4. Non-corrosion, non-pollution, anti-brine, acid and soda-resisting. 5. Easy to be assembled and repaired at site.
