Our manufactory DEQING DONGSHENG PEN INDUSTRY Co., Ltd. was established in 2013 and located in Zhejiang PROVINCE near PORT Shanghai and NINGBO, China. In 2017 we created our own brand Dongsheng. We are the traditional manufacturer to serve the most of domestic factory and trading companies then export all over the worlds.
