Desktop Support Service is unusual for a company named in the energy or logistics space, especially with a focus on crude oil and containers, which typically belong to specialized trade firms. Headquartered in South Africa, a key hub for regional energy and shipping, this positioning could offer access to African and Southern African trade routes. The lack of verification on phone, work email, documents, and account email raises red flags about legitimacy — buyers should verify the business independently before placing any orders. Operating since 2005 suggests some level of stability, but without verified contact or documentation, trust remains low. This mismatch between a generic service name and a heavy industrial product range is a major red flag in B2B trade.
