We're also seeking real and serious buyers who want to purchase a minimum of 50,000 MT or more of ultra low sulfur diesel fuel per month for 12 months or 50,000 MT of Russian D2 per month for 12 months. Fake buyers will be blacklisted, please believe it. The FOB for the ULSD is in Houston, TX. We can send you ULSD buyers procedures and specs to your email address. For the Russian D2, we would need for you to send us a signed NCND agreementfor us to sign before we send the seller's specs of the Russian D2. No daisy chains, please. If you're a broker/agent working with one other broker/agent, then that's ok. If you're working with 2 or more brokers, then we can't do business. Daisy chains complicate the deal.
