Djong Coffee

Most coffee suppliers offer direct production or farming, but Djong Coffee operates as a service provider and agent/representative, meaning it likely handles logistics, compliance, or distribution rather than growing or roasting beans. This model can be useful for buyers who want access to quality green and roasted coffee without managing the full supply chain. The company is based in Indonesia, a major coffee-producing country, which gives it strong access to raw materials and regional pricing. However, only the account email is verified, and business documents and work email are not verified — this raises concerns about legitimacy and ability to fulfill large or long-term orders. Buyers should request additional proof, such as a company registration or invoice sample, before committing to any purchase. Exporting to 14 diverse markets including the US, UK, and Japan shows a broad reach, but the lack of verification makes it harder to trust the reliability of the service. Buyers in these markets may need to verify the actual product quality and delivery timelines independently.
