Equipment: Hypoid Gear Manufacturing Equipment : 71 Gleason equipments, including the up-to-date 600HC NC teeth-cutting machine, 600HTT NC test machine, 450HG and 800HG milling machine, are employed in our gear processing. Heat Treatment : 12 tankless carbonization furnace line are used for heating treatment, among which the double-line furnace was bought from U.S. HOLCORT/LOFTUS company. Temprature, burning and process are well controlled by computer system. 5. technical: 400 employees in R&D, including design and process; Gear R&D Center.
