Dongguan Changjian Sports Products Co.,Limited, founded in 2015, is located in Famous Manufacturing City of China - Dongguan City, Guangdong Province .Our former company named Dongguan Jusheng Composite Leather Factory, founded in 1997, mainly engaged in manufacturing luggage, bag & shoes synthetic leather. We launch to R&D, manufacturing new multi-layers composite leather of football/soccer , volleyball and basketball in 2007. Since the establishment, we focus to R&D, improving the new composite leathers for football and volleyball. Except the normal PU/TPU/PVC leather laminating, we have thermal surface film by PU/TPU/PVC, laser processing, for different colors/decorative pattern. .At the same time we researched one high wear-resisting RB materials, can keep football/soccer more flexible and endurable. All most the employees have experience of 5 years, 5 members of them have rich experience of 20 years in this field.Our company has 2 BR foam production lines, 1 the EVA foam production line, 4 high-speed composite leather laminating machines, 1 PU / TPU surface film laminating machines and 1 PU / TPU surface treatment machine. We also have more than 10 pcs (sets) measurement and testing equipment. Mature technology adopted by us to produce the reliable and qualified products.Our products cover TPU, PU, TPE synthetic leather, mainly in multi-layers composite PU, TPU and PVC leather for football/soccer.
