PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY

Main technology of wire and cable

Wires and cables are made by drawing, twisting, and cladding. The more complex the model and specification, the higher the repeatability.

1. The control

In metal pressure machining, the metal cross section is compressed and the required cross section shape and size is obtained by forcing the metal through the die (pressing wheel) under the action of external force. Drawing process: Single wire drawing and stranded drawing.

2. The ground system

3. The cladding

According to different performance requirements for wires and cables, special equipment is used to cover the conductor with different materials. Coating process:
