DongGuan ShengYang Mould Co., Ltd., is a professional enterprise in development, design and manufacturing of plastic injection moulds and injection processing of plastic components and parts and alloy of zinc & aluminium sort and so ***** mainly products including electric tools, tool case, auto sort, electronics sort, communications sort, industry sort. Our factory located in ChangAn DongGuan City. The occupied area of the factory covers a floor space of 5000SM. We employ a workforce of approximately 220 staff members, including over 40 high skilled technical personnel to meet your requirements. We keep on good quality, competitive price, and punctual lead-time, which enable us to run a long-term cooperation with many clients home and abroad. Currently, We have more than 21 units of precision plastic-injection machine from 50 tons and 350 tons and all other needed equipments, we also offer secondary operation to meet the different clients, such as screen print, pad print, electroplate, spraying and final parts assembling and packaging. By using Pro-Engineering, Auto-CAD, and UG, we can handle most of the design jobs offered. We currently have a team of 20 design engineers who have multiple years experience in tool design and products development. From the original material choose to products produce we have all strict quality control, to guarantee the quality of each products that come out from our factory.
