DONG GUAN CITY YANG ZHENG TECHOLOGY Co., Ltd was founded in September 2022 and located in Da Lang Town. Dong Guan City, Guang Dong Province, China which is very convenient on transportation, it takes 1 hours to international metropolis by driver Hong Kong in the west. 2 hour to Macao in the east.
It cover with the total of 2000square 30 people which is specialist in the production of CNC machining parts. Our products basically export to European and North America. Cos this country has a big demand on purchase machining parts. Our sales turnover was 15million last year.
The scope of our products processing includes turning parts, grinding machine parts, lathe parts, milling parts, grinding machine parts, sheet metal parts, stamping parts, composite parts. When we process, we are all produced according to the customer's drawings, so we must receive the customer's drawings before quotation. For evaluation, production and shipment, because we are professional and have some high-end production machinery and equipment, the products can meet the requirements of customers' drawings.
Our machines has Five-axis linkage machining centre: This equipment can realise milling, boring, drilling, hinge, tapping and other processes. There are two key core component technologies in the five-axis linkage machining centre, one is the dual-swing angle general-purpose machining head, and the other is the double-axis rotary table. Large machine tools adopt double-swing angle universal machining heads, and small machine tools adopt double swing shaft rotary table
Turning and milling composite machining centre: This machine tool has double spindle, double tool holder, double C axis and W axis, a total of seven axes, divided into two groups of three linkage fully closed-loop control. It can complete turning, eccentric drilling, positioning milling and other processes in one-time loading card
Turning, milling and grinding composite machining centre: This kind of equipment can complete multiple processing of parts at one time, which is suitable for high-precision heavy cutting machining, especially for large bearing processing
Turning and grinding gear machining composite centre: The second spindle and grinding wheel shaft are installed on the rotating tool holder, which can realized five-axis linkage, which is suitable for the processing of gears and worm gears
