Yingzi Fashion Co., Ltd., located in Humen Dongguan China�¯Ã?¼?is a professional underwear manufacturer , which was established in 1996 and has nearly 13 years�¢??experience of designing, manufacturing, and trading ladies�¢??and women�¢??s underwear, such as bras, body shaping underwear, briefs, boxers, thongs, pajamas, panties, sleep dresses, sleep pants, thermal underwear etc. And the two management brands ALISER and SIBIRI have been operated for more than ten years.The company is based in Hong Kong and has a factory in Dongguan mainland China. Our products have been exported to Japan, Russia, Italy�¯Ã?¼? Malaysia, Singapore, India and other southeast countries in large quantities, and We have won very good assessment and credit. We conduct business on very narrow margins and our products are manufactured in high quality with competitive price.In the past 13 years, Aliser and Sibiri two brands, for which we choose the best materials from Italy, France and Korea, have acquired brilliant reputation in local and the southeast markets. And we are now aiming to all oversea markets. Hence the foreign trade department has been organized for this target. Sales department, made up of nearly 22 staff, is responsible for developing new customers and after-sale service. Production department: - sewing machine: 150sets- cutting bed: 3 sets(25 meters long, not automatic but we are planning to buy automatic cutting machines when the production is full.)- Auto spreading machine and inspection machine imported from Germany.- moulding workshop: we have a workshop for moulding cup.- production line: 6 lines(5 for bra and 1 for bottom. 30 worker for each line with one monitor, one transceiver and one in-line inspector. A chief monitor is appointed for every 3 lines. A superviser is in charge of the whole 6 lines, and the factory manager is in charge of the production lines, cutting dept, QC dept, packing dept and wearhouse etc.)
