Dongguan Zhiwei Plastic & Hardware Factory was established in 2002 years, it's located in 128 Industrial Park of Tangxia Town, Dongguan. Our factory mainly produce plastic wine glasses, plastic champagne glasses, Plastic bubble toys and other plastic products.
Our products are exported to Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States, Japan and other countries.
E have passed the environmental testing, with tenets of "non-toxic sterile, according to customer requirements of design, mold production)". In September, 2006, and passed the evaluation of ISO9001 and ISO14001 (Germany TUV) dual systems and ISO14001 Environment System Certification. We have won a good reputation among customers with good quality, competitive prices and advanced techniques since our establishment. Our plant works with everything from the raw material to the finished product.
Our mission is "improve product competitiveness, standard of the management system, optimizing the allocation of resources in terms of hardware the introduction of advanced manufacturing equipment and quality testing tools". We have Mold Department, VC850 Digital Processing Center (Taiwan Omar), F75-type electrical pulse equipment (Taiwan JOEMARS), ARG04S (Taiwan Power Yeung) type universal digital equipment, ESG-818 Precision Tool Grinders (Taiwan all the way), entirely computer-controlled injection molding machines, 55T-300T (Taiwan CLF) equipment and other equipment for product process. We aim to provide reliable quality assurance.
