Dongying Macgreen Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Dongying City, Shandong Province, covering an area of over 100, 000 square meters. The company is conveniently situated adjacent to expressways, and is a 2.5-hour drive from the Qingdao port and airport.
We specialize in three production processes: Investment casting with silica sol, resin sand mold casting, and automatic line for green sand casting, along with CNC machining. Our company boasts a team of 10 professional technical personnel, 10 product testing personnel, and 5 sales personnel. We primarily produce and operate castings and their deep-processed products made of materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, wear-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, copper, aluminum, and iron. Our products are widely used in various industries including machinery equipment, chemical equipment, mining machinery, automotive parts, marine accessories, hardware fittings, medical devices, food machinery, building hardware, and rail transit. Currently, over 90% of our products are exported to countries and regions such as the European Union, Japan, the United States, Australia, and South Korea.
Our annual production capacity for precision casting is 1, 000 tons, with product weights ranging from 0.005 kilograms to 140 kilograms; For resin sand casting, it is 10, 000 tons, with product weights ranging from 10 kilograms to 2 tons, and for green sand casting, we produce 5 million sets of automotive turbocharger parts annually. Our production processes and equipment hold a high position in the domestic market.
Equipped with advanced spectrometers, coordinate measuring machines, X-ray detection equipment, contour measuring instruments, 3D scanners, roughness testers, UT, MT non-destructive testing equipment, low-temperature impact testing machines, and other mechanical property testing equipment, we can produce castings of various materials according to standards such as Chinese (GB), American (ASTM, AISI), German (DIN), British (BS), Japanese (JIS), and Korean (KS).
In 2020, we established a branch in Jinan to further expand our overseas business. Our company has passed certifications such as IATF16949: 2016 for automotive quality system, ISO9001 for quality management system, ISO14000 for environmental management system, and ISO45000 for occupational health and safety management system. We have also obtained various patents in the industry and established a comprehensive quality assurance system.
