Dresage Ltd is the exclusive distributor of Bird Models from Spain. In a small Spanish village set in the Sierra Nevada Mountain range we produce handcrafted bird and animal caricatures from organic green materials. Our business was first started by the families three talented sisters a number of years ago. They found a unique method using leaves of a certain type of grass plant grown locally and wood chippings. The leaves are harvested and left to dry in the Spanish Sun. The Artist using a small gauge metal wire will create a cage of the true silhouette of the caricature. The dried leaves and wood chippings are then treated and bonded to the cage. Other features are added and then finally hand painted in the caricatures natural colours creating an amazing live looking appearance. An artist will take approximately 3 hours to produce the smallest model bird and 15 + hours to create a robust full size model of a Canadian Bald Eagle. The Bird Models have in the manly been distributed through retail outlets within Spain. We are now looking to distribute the bird models World wide.
