• 🚗 EFIT Trainees on road trip to & Two inspiring days packed with insights, innovation and a few hairnets 😄 🐖 Day 1: DAT-Schaub, Esbjerg We kicked off with a warm welcome and dove into the world of sausage casings and offals. From manual processing to high-tech automation – we got a full behind-the-scenes look at a complex, global operation. Fun fact: China is a key player in sorting casings by hand! 🐄 Day 2: Scan-Hide From field to fashion – we learned how sustainability and traceability are driving the future of leather. With just a QR code, consumers can trace their product all the way back to the individual animal. Very impressive! What stood out at Scan-Hide? 👉 People > machines 👉 No waste – everything is used 👉 Proud products with purpose All in all, a fantastic and eye-opening trip filled with inspiration, new learnings and strong team spirit within the EFIT Trainee team! 💥
• • 🌏 Great energy at our booth at Singapore! 🚀 We’re having a fantastic time at the food show! Our booth has been buzzing with activity since the doors opened. We’ve had the pleasure of connecting with a steady stream of customers, both familiar faces and new ones, all excited to learn more about what we have to offer. We’re grateful for all the meaningful conversations and feedback so far - and there’s still more to come! If you haven’t stopped by yet, come visit us at stand no. 7G2-14. 🚢 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 & 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲: The Trainees travelled to Valencia, where they visited. Here, they received an in-depth overview of their work and even got the rare opportunity to explore the terminal—a truly unique and eye-opening experience! ❄️ 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲: Back in Barcelona, they wrapped up the trip with an inspiring visit to. Touring the cold store, they saw firsthand how one of our suppliers implements efficient solutions and high-standard processes—insights they can now bring into their own work! This journey has been more than just a trip—it has been a 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 that has broadened their perspectives and fuelled their passion for continuous development.
