Egypt Japan Steel Works (EJSW) was established in 1985 and started production in 1988 as an industrial facility for producing steel forged spare parts and components (up to 3 tons/piece) for industrial machines and equipment for various industrial sectors, like :- 1- Petroleum , chemical and Petrochemical Sectors All types of non-standard flanges up to 2, 100mm diameter. Complete welded structures of flanges. Pipe fittings (elbows, tee-connections, reducers). All types of valves (gate, glob, non-return and ball). Parts of flanges, pipes, valves, cladded with different no corrosive alloys (carbon, nickel, aluminum, bronze, stainless steel). Specifications Material is according to international standards (ASME, ASTM , DIN). Forging, machining and heat treatment are according to international standards (ANSI, MSS, API, DIN & BS) and/or according to customer requirements. 2- Cement, Building Material and Mining Sector Crank shafts, pins for clinker lines, mixer shafts, special head bolts. Crane wheels, reclaimer wheels, reclaimer pulleys, bushes, gears with different types, couplings, rolls. Mill rings. The company products also includes chains, racks, rack houses, other spare parts, components for machinery, equipment and production lines up to 2.5 ton/piece. 3-Engineering Industries Sectors Shafts, crank shafts, eccentric shafts, rolls, pins, special head bolts, worm, Crane wheels, pulleys, bushes, couplings, rollers.
