EP&T is a renewable “green” energy developer employing Opportunity Fuels with manure being the primary source of such fuel. The Company was formed as a result of several years’ effort reviewing business opportunities in the bio-remediation market. It became evident that the last segment of the agricultural industry to have technology applied was any and all aspects of handling organic waste and the significant volumes generated either at harvest or on a daily basis from cattle, dairy, hog and poultry farms. The Company utilizes its Closed-loop Organics Management System (the “EP&T System” or “Power & Energy Center”) will be used as a model system (the “Model”) for other Power and Energy Centers to serve one or more diaries with a total herd size in excess of 10,000 cows including in excess of 6,000 lactating cows. This is also sometimes known as the anaerobic digester biogas field concept. A Power and Energy Center is expected to generate biomethane gas in volumes necessary to offset the cost of the biomethane gas scrubbing and treatment technology incorporated into the EP&T System. Certain organic waste materials (principally food production byproducts such as cheese whey and fats, oils and greases) that would be utilized by the EP&T System to significantly increase volumes of biomethane gas are plentiful and readily available. Aerobic Bioreactor: Our aerobic bioreactor components and material processing methodologies are designed to rapidly manage animal or food waste organics. Anaerobic Digestion, Water Treatment and BioEnergy Systems: EP&T is a solutions provider of a series of proven, patented turn-key systems. We can 1) manage animal and/or food waste organics, 2) provide onsite electricity generation or biofuels production from wastes, 3) provide farm-based water recycling systems for treating wastewater designed to U.S. EPA regulated beneficial reuse applications. Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Treatment Systems: EP&T is a designated  solutions provider. We market and deploy a series of patented, scalable, skid mounted reverse osmosis (RO) systems. This technology is a deployable water purification system for treating both agricultural generated wastewater or environmentally impacted groundwater. EP&T is also involved in compost tea production systems related to increasing performance of crop growth, as well as, being able to utilize finished compost tea product in other key areas of agriculture and horticulture.
