Characteristic : The Major Micro-Organism Induced by our Enzyme Basillus Subtilis : This is the gram-positive and rod type micro-organism used for the fermentation of the organism matter, and creates the enzyme such as amylase and protease and nutrition matter that is useful for the vegetation. Aspergillus Oryzae : This is a kind of aspergillus that assists to ferment the organic matter and to create the enzyme such as amylase, maltase lipase, protease, rennet & cellulase . The Major Enzyme containing in our Enzyme Amylase : Amylase hydrolyzes the polysaccharide, such as the starch and the glycogen, and change the polysaccharide to the easily absorbable form for the vegetation. It is isolated from basillus subtilis and aspergillus oryzae. Protease : Protease dissolves protein matter into amino acid.
