We are direct mandate to Refinery Company in Russian Federation. We supply D2 GAS OIL, L0.2-62, GOST 305-82 on CIF and FOB basis to AWSP. Min. for 500.000 Mt/Month X 12 Months. We do not work with chain of mandates or brokers. If your buyer mandate or buyer and have interest in buying gas oil d2 has to be taken following procedure. The buyer must submit the following documents: 1. ICPO with record by the right of check of Bank of the Buyer.                                               2. BCL + Reference Bank.                             3. The resume of the Company of the Buyer.                                                                             4. The contract with the terminal about storage.                                                                         5. The letter from the terminal about readiness of reception of volume of the ordered goods.   6. The contract with a factory Processing (only for REBCO).                                                 7. The state License for the right of purchase of the goods. 8. The covering letter to all packages of documents.
