Everett Pattern and Manufacturing was founded in 1907 and has been operated by the Johnson family for over one hundred years. Beginning as a pattern shop, it has evolved into a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, and currently is a major supplier for companies such as Varian Semiconductor Equipment in Gloucester, MA and Gerber Scientific International Inc. in Connecticut. The 16, 000 square foot facility located in Middleton, MA holds a CNC milling and digitizing cell, a CNC turning cell, a conventional machining cell, and a wood model and pattern shop. Recently, the company has invested in a Mazak 5000 Nexus II with a 12 palletech system which gives the company the ability to machine 24 hours a day.
