Dalla sua scomparsa nel 1987, l’azienda ha continuato la sua attività, grazie ad una gestione familiare che non ha certo lesinato in tenacia e dedizione. Lo stabilimento di Cosio Valtellino, rinnovato di recente, è autorizzato con bollo sanitario IT 03-492 Ce e certificato in materia di sicurezza alimentare.
