FRP Equipment, Inc. / Seawolf Design, Inc. , designed and developed manufacturing equipment and formulations that allow recycling waste generated in a normal fiberglass spraying operation, for reuse in the production process These methods include fiberglass and carpet recycling system, low-roll spray-up systems, wood replacement in boats; including balsa, and natural fiber replacement for glass fiber. Our system efficiently reclaims cured pre-and post-consumer FRP / GRP materials and reincorporates them into a new product. This process helps to reclaim the raw material expenses that would have been waste as well as preventing the waste disposal costs. The end result is material cost reduction, environmental impact reduction of waste product disposal and an enhanced product. Our Reclamation System utilizes a highly specialized hammer-mill grinder to reclaim the waste material as a reusable fiber, not dust. This helps to enhance the end-product, rather than degrading its integrity. The grinders are available in four sizes to match desired reclamation volumes. The proprietary dispensing systems are incorporated into existing customer spray equipment that introduce the reclaimed material into the resin stream. The stream has been enhanced with proprietary formulations that significantly reduce styrene emissions and eliminate rollout.
