By incorporating with another factory, we started the main production line in meters. In order to offer more efficient service to customers, we then organized our own measuring instruments factory and produced the same in 1981. In 1990, we actively looked for more reliable sources in China so as to maintain our competition. In 1992, we finally had the first step joint venture cooperation on some meters in Shanghai. In January 1994, we set up 2nd joint venture CT factory in Wenzhou, producing CTs, shunt and relative products. In October 1996, we set up our own factory, producing multi-meters, panel meters and relative measuring instruments in Suzhou. 6 Management Principles As a Taiwan company, we have accumulated high technology and good skill in manufacturing.
