FALCI produces hot rolled special shapes according to customers specification and drawings, exporting over 80% of total production.In order to give you the feasibility/offer to your enquiry, we kindly request to specify: Technical drawing Steel grade Mechanical and chemical characteristics Requested quantity and if possible also the annual consumption Packing requirements (available in bar with range length 3 8 meters or coil with a weight of about 600 Kg ).FALCI carries out an accurate survey of the work cycle, needed to produce the special shape requested; paying particular attention to tooling and production costs.Moreover FALCI, with its inhouse workshop ( which includes CNC machine lines), is able to reduce costs and time for tool manufacture, this due to extensive experience which has enabled Falci to become one of the leading European manufacturers of hot rolled special profiles.Production from raw material to finished product and despatch is under a scrupulous quality control. We process all types of steel, as long as it can be rolled, producing hot rolled sections between 25 630 square millimetres with standard shape tolerance of +/- 0.3 mm. Our special shapes are used in many fields : automotive, agriculture tools and machinery, construction/ formwork, mechanical applications, horseshoes production, cold-drawn production and many other fields.
