FanExpress

Most suppliers in the utensil space are direct manufacturers or producers, not agents. FanExpress operates as an agent/representative, which means it doesn't produce the goods itself — this can limit product quality control and traceability. Only the account email is verified, while work email, phone, and documents are unverified, raising concerns about legitimacy and reliability. Buyers should verify the actual manufacturer or factory behind the products before placing large orders. Being active in Spain and Germany, two markets with strict product safety and labeling rules, makes it essential to confirm that FanExpress has access to compliant, high-quality utensils. Without verified contact details or documents, it's harder to assess their ability to meet delivery timelines or respond to quality issues.
