In August 2004 it was renamed as fengchi Mining Co. Ltd of Haicheng city from the former Fengchi refractories co. Of Haicheng city. It reposes at Mafeng industrial Zone of Haicheng city in the midland of rich and beautiful Liaodong peninsula.
