Fibematics is a manufacturer of scrim reinforced material for medical and industrial use in business since 1968. In addition, we have converting capabilities for our scrim reinforced material and we convert other nonwovens including various spunlaces, airlaid, wetlaid, drc. We also convert embossed tissue. Converting capabilities include perforated or continuous rolls, quarterfolds, flat sheets. Primary converted products are disposable medical and industrial wipes, though we convert for many other disposable or reusable applications in a variety of custom sizes (ie. Painters drop cloths, continuous bathroom roll towels, printed napkins, etc. ). All converted products are private label. In addition to buying first line materials, we buy off-spec tissue, spunlaces, airlaid, wetlaid, drc, sbpp, and SMS, all of which we either convert or trade as is. We also laminate various nonwoven substrates to PE film for a variety of applications.
