FireLake is a true taste of Minnesota. We source meat, fish, produce and dairy from local farmers and artisans whenever possible. Our chefs cook over a wood-fired grill and smoke meat with pecan, cherry, and other wood varieties to create unique flavors. Enjoy farm to table dining in a relaxed atmosphere for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner at FireLake. Our central location in downtown Minneapolis makes us the perfect place to meet up for happy hour before a game at Target Center or for some craft beer or cocktails after a show on Hennepin Avenue. We are honored to host private business and family events in our private dining room or boardroom. FireLake is directly connected to the Skyway via the Radisson Blu Minneapolis Downtown.
