In 2006 the inventer of the Fitcrawl machine Mr Minghu Rao was diagnosed with severe back pain and went to see renown  Chinese expert Professor  Jinchun Ma. To Minghu�� surprise the physician suggest that he start a programme involving the crawling for 10 minutes in the morning and at night. A little embarrassed and uncomfortable Mr Minghu Rao started the programme in the privacy of his home. Fighting the discomfort of saw knees he continued the programme over a period of 2 weeks before he first started to feel the benefits of the programme.  8 weeks later the pain had vanished and Mr Minghu Rao regained full use and strength of his back. Inspired by the impact this exercise had had on his health Mr Minghu Rao set out to create a more effective way that everyone could benefit from the crawling exercise. After selling his business and 3 years of trails and development Mr Minghu Rao finally invented the most innovative exercise machine in years....... For a long time FitCrawling has been internationally recognised as an effective means of exercising and strengthening the Back and Cardiovascular system. Physicians have been hesitant to recommend the exercise because of the stigma and uncomfortable nature the crawling position creates. After Inventer Mr Rao �� health was dramatically impacted by the FitCrawling exercise,  he dedicated 3 years of his life to develop a machine that would make the FitCrawling exercise possible, comfortable and cool, for everyone throughout the world.
