FOUNDER ALUMINUM CO., LTD. was founded in 1978 in Taichung, Taiwan. At the early stage of the establishment, FOUNDER served as a aluminum manufacturer; With over than25 years dedicated, we have specialized in the casting development under the concepts of R&D, mass production, marketing and service, So far, FOUNDER has expanded the processing line from the aluminum alloy parts to the aluminum alloy furniture, kitchen accessories and bathroom accessories, and our products has obtained IKEA Certification as well as approvals from Germany, Japan, USA under the ISO 9001 quality assurance system; to date, we have extended our products not only to interior but also around the world. We have all along been insisted on the concept of "Constantly Growth and Tremendous Ambitions", actively integrated the production and marketing system to put out new products to meet market's ever-changing demands. We mainly supply the following products: aluminum shelf, aluminum door, mirror, aluminum collecting system, bedroom series, table, kitchen collecting series, bathroom accessories, pneumatic tools parts, transmission parts, aluminum furniture foot stand as well as related aluminum casting articles, which provide the customers the completely articles for diversity selection. In terms of manufacturing scale, the first plant covers an area of 2500 m2, and the second plant covers an area of 15000 m2, now the third plant in Changpin district is under construction, whose total area will cover 30000 m2 at largest. From the finished products inspection to the loading then delivery, we keep an accurate control on the quality and delivery; our modern and bright plant follows the standard operation and strictly control the quality of the material, moreover, we insist on offering the job training each week to improve the whole company's operation standards. We strictly carry out the processing under the ISO 9001 International Quality Assurance System, and each procedure is in accordance with the "Manual Operation"; meanwhile, each employee is offered the second technique training and must memorize all of the standard operation number, here we are convinced that quality is made of excellent design and manufacturing but not made of inspection. Also we are equipped with the same hardware as the advanced countries, including tensile tester, hardness tester, film thickness tester and etc, which are in good condition and for ready application.
