Founded in 2004, with sum investment of 80Million RMB, resistered capital 40Million RMB, Fujian Huaqing Electronic Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise co-founded by Xin Cheng(Hongkong) Holdings Co., Ltd. and Jinjiang Kechuang Co., Ltd. Huaqing is based on the core technology supplied by the state key laboratory of new ceramics and fine processing in Tsinghua University. As China's first company to accomplish scale production via tape-casting manufacturing processing, Huaqing owns a whole complete sets of manufacturing advanced and sophisticated equipments and inspection instruments imported from Japan, US, and the other developed countries for our electronic ceramic. Our tape-casting manufacturing processing and technics for AlN & Al2O3 ceramic have their originality and advance in tape-casting wet & furnish and low-cost sintering. Huaqing's AlN & Al2O3 ceramic products have high thermal-conductivity, low dielectric constant, good dissipation factor and excellent mechanical property compared with the other factories in the industry. AlN & Al2O3 ceramic are widely used in HBLED, opto-communication, IGBT, power devices, TEC and the other high-end applications.
