Our humble beginning was in 2013, in the heart of Heshan City, Guangdong Province of China. Boasting a massive dream focused towards manufacturing the best-in-class Bicycles and e-Bikes for the global market under the Banner of Galaxy, GDSEbike and Velopro. Our products include the varied ranges of MTB, City design, Folding design all the way to the most elegant and highest grade of Bicycles and E-bikes.
Our core is built with a trust and in-depth skilled knowledge of 400+ employees spreading across 2000 sq. Mtrs of Office area, 3000 sq. Mtrs of dormitory and recreational area designated for the same and a massive 30, 000 sq.
The facility extends to 8 operational assembly lines dedicated amongst all kinds of Bicycles and E-bikes, automated transmission for warehousing, automated palletizers, dedicated bay with robotic arms for 7 Liquid painting line and 1 powder coating line, automatic wheel set assembly equipment which includes automatic wheel production M/C, demarcated auto- tightening M/C, Valve positioning M/C, Automated wheel trueing M/C, auto wheel assembly loading M/C, automated frame assembly feeder and many more. We conquer a massive production capacity of 1.2 Million Bicycles and 250, 000 e-bikes annually.
Our state-of-the-art laboratory and testing facility comprises of frame alignment testing platform, frame fatigue testing machine, fork alignment testing equipment, salt- spray testing machine, dynamometer, Oscilloscopes, multi electrical testing equipment, carton board durability testing equipment, all weather battery testing equipment, just to name a few.
With a globally exposed sales team across 11 countries, highly experienced manufacturing team, world class technological assisting team and class apart R&D facility along with strict supervision of quality control, our products surpass the standards of EN15194, RoHS, ISO4210, LVD, EMC, CE, all kinds of packaging and many other certifications dedicated on region wise requirement for importing. Exporting to 70+ countries as of today and holding the majority market share in USA, Europe, Russia, Middle East, South east Asia, South America, Northern Africa and so on.
