Unique delicacies like Gaziantep's and Turkey’s famous Antep Katmer, Kibbeh, Antep Yuvalama and Small Bulgur Balls are produced in Galez’s R&D Kitchen, located at its 4,500 m² facility in the Gaziantep 2nd Organized Industrial Zone, and presented to consumers.
