GCI EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

In 1993, GCI started its manufacturing operations in Bangalore for manufacture of pallets and headers used in dry cast concrete pipe industry. In 1998 GCI went in to the form equipment business and developed box culvert forms with a revolutionary concept of compacting cry concrete. After 5 years of testing and trials, the form received a Patent from the United States Patent office. In 2004, it added a state-of-the-art foundry operation to support its requirements of foundry products.In 2006, GCI established a technical tie-up with Schlosser-Pfeiffer for manufacture of their machines for the Indian market. At this moment only critical parts such as the hydraulics and vibrator come from Germany. The rest of the complete plant is built here in Bangalore. Our products are world class in terms of quality. We have our first indigenously built plant which went into production in January 2009 at Nasik and has been doing exceptionally well.GCI has its own in-house Design and Development department to make products for US, Canada, Mexico and our other customers strewn over the world. We support all products made by us.
