Business Description

Our story starts at the end of the sixties when our grandparents founded a small farming company that specialised in growing artichokes. The artichoke has been for decades our main product, delicious in brine or preserved in oil. In the course of the years we decided to passionately concentrate also on other products: courgettes, aubergines, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and other vegetables. Our preserved food comes from our enthusiastic work in the fields, from the farmers' skilful hands that can give you the taste of delicious vegetables that are always processed within 24 hours from being picked. Now we have the privilege of supplying important companies of the food industry, only providing them with quality products that will allow you to taste the ancient recipes that have been passed on to us from one generation to another. In these recipes our love for the fields and good food comes back to life.

Gervasio Conserve D'Autore offers a diverse range of core products including chilli peppers, pickles, sauces, and canned fruits — a strong mix that appeals to both retail and foodservice buyers in Europe. Being based in Italy, a country known for high-quality preserved foods, gives the company a strong regional credibility in food safety and taste. However, no key verification details are confirmed — including work email, phone, or business documents — which raises concerns about legitimacy and ability to handle large or long-term orders. Buyers should verify the company’s identity independently before committing to any purchase. The small staff size (11–50 employees) suggests a lean, possibly family-run operation, which may mean limited operational capacity or scalability. Without verified contact or documents, it's hard to assess their logistics, delivery timelines, or compliance with food safety standards. This combination of strong product offering and weak verification creates a high-risk profile for new buyers.
