WE DEFINITELY MEAN BUSINESS. We have an allocation of Diesel D2 (PETRONAS and Russian origin) and we only entertain end / direct buyer. For those buyer who are really serious, please do not hesitate to contact us for further information. The general trading process are as follows: -
- Buyer will issues the LOI and BCL
- Seller issues FCO in favor of Buyer
- Buyer signs and returns FCO to seller
- Buyer furnishes ICPO + POF via bank to bank or Pre advise LC seller's bank via bank Swift.
- Seller will issue Sales and Purchase Contract Agreement and Schedule of shipments As per terms of the FCO to seller.
- Buyer sign and return, and pre advise LC to seller
- Seller and buyer lodge contracts in their respective banks
- Seller approves LC and issues bank Endorsed Irrevocable FPA referencing Contract
- Shipment commence
