  • Over half of the population will go through menopause, and yet it’s a topic that remains misunderstood and often not discussed, particularly at work. 💜 So, last week across the country, 300+ team members joined in-person and online to hear , presenter, podcaster, educator and author, talk about her own experience of menopause, and how women can find their “majesty in the mayhem”. The session was full of warmth, humour and real-life stories from Ali about her experiences of perimenopause through to menopause. Going from fear and frustration to freedom and forging a new identity… our team were so engaged, many nodding along, feeling heard and seen. We also had fantastic interaction, with many questions and discussions, particularly led from the men within the audience. One of our team summed it up perfectly saying, “I am thankful for Goodman Fielder for managing to secure Alison Daddo as a speaker on what I believe is truly an important topic for women’s health…I hope everyone has come away with better insight and understanding of menopause and can feel comfortable talking about it or in the least, having a little more compassion. ”. Whilst we’re only starting the conversation, we hope that it continues so that we can build a workplace where everyone belongs and can be their best. Thank you to all those across the working group who championed the topic, and took it from an idea to an amazing event - , , , Lauren M. , , and 🙏🙏🏽🙏🏿

  • With 2025 just around the corner, we wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU to not only our awesome team, but also to our customers, consumers and suppliers. With the mute buttons off, the session was full of questions (some missed steps) and lots of curiosity. Thank you to all our team for getting involved and we can't to see the festive creations adorning tables over the next few weeks! What do you get when you put two chefs in a kitchen with around 70 people watching. A festive and fantastic afternoon of cooking, sensational food, laughter and learning! 🤣🍫👨🏽🍳🎄 Today, and joined in our test kitchen in Sydney and ran a live and interactive Christmas-inspired cooking class for our team across. Showcasing our amazing products like Pampas, CSR sugar, flour and in-home baking products, Helga's bread and Meadow Lea, the duo cooked up Self-Saucing Chocolate Puddings, a delicious Sausage Savoury Stuffing/side dish and of course, Pampas Christmas Trees. all made, baked and served within an hour! Bringing together around 70 people online, who were also joined by friends and family, Anthony & Anthony were absolute naturals and showed their skills as chefs. With everything precisely measured, laid out and prepared (like any good and meticulous chef 😉), they were able to show the versatility, quality and ease of working with the range. especially in a commercial kitchen. Thank you for an awesome employee experience and we can't wait for the next one , , and. * As year end draws closer, we've been looking in the rear-view mirror and reflecting (like what we did there) on some of the big things we've achieved. This includes a bigger focus on learning, development and training across our organisation. 🧠👩🏽🏫👨🏽🏭 Why? Because it's important to our employees and we also know, based on their feedback, that it's an area we needed to improve. So, together with a number of formal and informal learning opportunities and programs, we have estimated that our teams have had access to 8740 hours of learning in 2024. 👏🏾👏🏼👏 Throughout the year, we have created and delivered: 🥙 Lunch & Learn Sessions every month; 🏫 Formal People Leader Training Program covering six modules; and 🚀 Senior Leader Development with bi-monthly forums. A huge thanks to all our people, whether they created the content, engaged with external training providers and/or delivered training direct to our people, it's been a huge undertaking! We're loving the growth in our people's development, and we look forward to continuing, and expanding our professional learning in 2025

GOODMAN FIELDER CONSUMER FOODS PTY LIMITED offers a diverse milk product range including cow milk, camel milk, and milk cream — a niche mix that appeals to specialty and health-focused markets. Compared to typical suppliers who focus on standard dairy, this range suggests a targeted positioning toward premium or alternative milk consumers. The lack of verified work email, phone, and documents — which is common in trade — means buyers should verify the company's legitimacy before placing large orders. No team size or gross revenue is listed, making it hard to assess scale or financial stability. Missing document verification increases the risk of fraud or misrepresentation. Buyers should request additional proof, such as a business license or bank statement, to confirm the company's real operations and credibility.
