Built in true tradition of GREAVES, each engine is a marvel of engineering excellence in itself and compliant to relevant BS/DIN/ISO standards.APD also includes a foundry unit, which manufactures Cast Iron and S. G Iron castings using up to date process technology. The facility has capability to produce castings ranging from 2 Kgs to 500 Kgs per piece. The foundry has an induction furnace with a total capacity of 300 tons.2)Agriculture Equipment DivisionThis unit located in Chennai (Southern India) manufactures lightweight Petrol/Kerosene engines in the range of 1Hp to 4 Hp, genset in 1400 watts and self priming pump sets from 1.5 Hp to 3 Hp. Application of these engines can be broadly classified under vibrators, lawn movers, self-priming centrifugal pumps, power sprayers etc. This group also deals with portable diesel self-priming pump sets from 5 HP to 10 HP. We also manufacture & market Power Tillers of 12/14 HP for the cultivation of small agricultural fields. The products manufactured in these plants are portable light diesel engines from 4.4 Hp to 11 Hp and specialized diesel generators from 500 VA to 4 KVA.
