GUJARAT CO-OPERATIVE MILK MARKETING G FERERATION LTD

The Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd (GCMMF), known as Amul, is India's largest food product marketing organization. It is an apex body of dairy cooperatives in Gujarat. GCMMF was established in 1946 to prevent the exploitation of milk producers by traders. GCMMF is owned by 3.64 million milk producer members. GCMMF collects approximately 35 million liters of milk daily from 18,600 village milk cooperative societies. GCMMF's product portfolio includes milk, butter, cheese, ghee, ice cream, sweets, and other dairy items. GCMMF exports its products to countries including the USA, Singapore, Japan, the Philippines, China, Australia, and Gulf countries. In 2024, Amul was ranked as the world's strongest food brand and the strongest dairy brand. GCMMF is committed to providing remunerative returns to farmers and quality products to consumers. GCMMF plans to expand into newer markets and enhance its supply chain.
