We are Seller Rep for Russian D2, Mazut, JP54, LNG and LPG. We affiliates with a few mandates and Refineries in Russia. We have direct contact and had already built rapport with these mandates and refineries.The will be NO UPFRONT payment in our deal. But we always start with LOI and SCO.
