It is exclusive from solid milk particles or water, uniform in composition, light yellow in color with a clean nutty flavor typical of butterfat, endows food with a great aroma, flavor and taste especially when it is used to pan fry and deep fry at temperature from 121 to 250. Unsalted Butter: Butter produced from fresh sweet cream which has been pasteurized, churned and worked in continuous butter making machines. Unsalted butter is uniform in composition, light yellow in color with a clean nutty flavor typical of butterfat. Blended butter: Butter produced from fresh sweet cream which has been pasteurized, churned and worked in continuous butter making machines, blended with vegetable oil, with extra spread ability and more cost economical. Consumer can enjoy the great butter taste that spreads straight from the fridge.
