The factory, with over 500 staff and construction area of more than 7000 ?? the factory mainly focuses on developing mini-type and multifunction sewing machines. There are over 20 staff in the R&D department, providing technical support for the production as well as developing new products. The R&D team can develop new products, make new molds for plastic and metal parts. The factory has eight design patents so far. With six assembly lines, Fanghua has strong capability in production. The equipments in Fanghua include dozens of EDM processors, computer controlled wirecutting machines, milling machines, lathes and different kinds of punches. Other equipments include dozens of different injection molding machines, such as 52A, 38A, 24A, 12A, 8A and 4A molding machines.
