The main function of the company was trading that time. 1978: Mr. Yip took  a step ahead by acquiring soccer ball factory and it is  two major brand ?MESUCA and JOEREX? from Japan in 1978. 1980:  Started retail outlet in Hong Kong Domestic Market 1996:  Company has expanded it is operation under the leadership of Great Mr. Yip by establishing it?s Global Sales & Marketing head quarter in Guangzhou, China as GFTZ Mesuca Development Company Ltd. 2002:  The first Mesuca Flagship store in Middle-East 2003:  As our requirement grown, the Group has invested into KAWAGEO Sports Industry Co., ltd. , acting as a base of production.? 2004:  Factory became official supplier for wilson & Reebok. 2005:  The First Flagship store in Belgium, Europe. 2006:  A well reputed brand ?Mitre? becomes a subsidiary. 2007:  Mesuca has been authorized the license for Manufacture & Sales of Disney Sports, in both China and India -it is the first licensee to grant the full range of sporting goods in the world.
