As a subsidiary company of Kings Group , Hangzhou Top polyester Co.,Ltd,is a privately owned joint-stock company with a registered capital of 50 million yuan.Established in May 2001,Top Polyester is located in Yaqian town , which is famous for its chemical fibers production.The area of the factory is about 3 hektare.Until now,Top Polyster has reached an fixed assets of about 800 million yuan.Up to the end of 2003 , Top Polyester has an annual production capacity of 210 thousand tons polyester products,including 60 th-ousand polyester chips and 150 thousand polyester filament(POY.FDY and DTY). 1.Polymerization section:The polymerization technique is provided by China Textiles ind-ustrial Engineering lnstitute . Most key equipments were imported from Europe , America and Japan.The layout production capacity of polyester is 500 tons per day,including 100 tons special polyester chips and 100 tons fiber grade chips per day.2.Spinning section:The techniques and equipments of spinning production lines are provided by Barmag AG,Germany.The layout production capacity is 400 tons filament per day, including 7 lines of POY(6 lines36 posit-ions12 ends). Both spinning machines and take-up winders are pro-vide by Barmag,which represent the most advanced equipments in the field nowadays.3.Stretching section: The Stretching production section consists of 50 MURATA 33H(in-cluding 6S+Z)stretching machines from Japan and 20RPR stretching machines from ltaly , plus 2 machine for experimentation( 1 MURATA and 1 RPR).all machines are first class equipments in the world and equipped with online tension examination system , which can monitor the production of every spindle.In addition to those advanced production equipments mentioned above, Top Polyester endeavor to establish the brand of Top Pol-yester.
